We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We will refund or replace any defective, incorrect and most other items provided they are returned in the same manner that you received them (i.e. must NOT be washed or cut, no cigarette or other odors).
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. Any returns MUST be received within 30 days of the shipping date of your order.
There will be NO refund on the shipping charges of your order. Refunds will be issued once the items are returned to us. There will be a restocking fee of 20% on "cut to order" items.
Due to copyright laws Books, Patterns or Magazines are NOT returnable.
